Pre-heat oven to 180C/ 360F.

Score a Camembert and add 2 tbsp honey, a handful of roughly chopped pecans, some fresh thyme, salt and pepper.

Pop into a baking dish and bake for around 10-15 minutes (depending on the Camembert- follow package instructions).

Dive in with crusty bread and sliced fruit.
