Make your own lemon and ginger shots at home for a fraction of the price

    Cut the skin away from the lemons and ginger and add to a blender with a squeeze of honey and blend into a smooth paste.

    Pour into ice cube trays and allow to freeze overnight.

    Simply add two or three ice cubes to a cup and pour over a little boiling water to allow the cubes to melt.
