Greek Yoghurt Snicker Lollies

    Mix the Greek yoghurt, sliced banana, PB and honey together, I don’t like to mix it completely, as it’s quite nice to keep the mixture looking a little marbled.

    Line a baking tray with parchment and spoon dollops of the mixture, then add a lollipop stick to each dollop.

    Freeze for around four hours or overnight until solid.

    Once solid, drizzle over melted dark chocolate and crushed salted peanuts.

    Store in the freezer, but remove five minutes before eating to allow thaw slightly.
