Pumpkin + french toast + cinnamon raisin bread= the perfect trio if you ask meeee! This is so easy to prep and makes for the coziest breakfast the next day!

    The night before serving, cube your bread and spread out in a baking dish.

    Whisk together the milk, pumpkin, yogurt, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth. Pour over your cubed bread and gently toss to combine. Cover baking dish and place in the refrigerator overnight.

    In the morning, preheat oven to 350. Pour melted butter and cinnamon sugar over the top of the French toast. Bake for 20-30 minutes (depending on how you like your French toast).
