Easy Skillet Chicken + Broccoli Cheesy Rice

Heat a large skillet or dutch oven over medium heat. Add butter, onion, and chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 7 minutes.

Stir in salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add your broth, rice, and broccoli. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce all the way to a low simmer and cover for 15 minutes, stirring a couple times to scrape the bottom of the pan.

Keep heat all the way down and stir in heavy cream. Add your cheese one handful at a time and mix until fully melted. Serve and enjoy!
