Creamy Tuscan White Bean and Chicken Sausage Skillet

The kale and tomatoes just need a quick rough chop, so the prep for this is really minimal! The creamy bone broth sauce makes for the most delicious savory bowl- I love dipping some toasty sourdough with this one

    Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add butter and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes.

    Stir in garlic and tomato paste, then add your chicken sausage. Cooking, breaking up the sausage, until no longer pink.

    Stir in kale, sun-dried tomatoes, and seasonings. Cook for 2 minutes.

    Add bone broth and cream. Bring to a simmer; simmer for 5-10 minutes to allow sauce to thicken a bit. Stir in parmesan and lemon juice.
