Cozy fall (and a 31 week bump!)

    Cook 1 large shallot in 1 tbsp butter for 4 minutes.

    Add ground Italian sausage and break up, cooking until no longer pink.

    Stir in chopped frozen spinach and cook until thawed.

    Add another 3 tbsp of butter, chopped sage, s+p, and a good splash of white wine. Cook down for 5 minutes,

    then stir in Parmesan.

    Option to add a splash of cream.

    Stir in your cooked pasta and enjoy!
