Add sundried tomatoes in olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add garlic, stir and let sauté for a few minutes.

Add butter and cherry tomatoes and sauté for a few more minutes.

Add oregano spice and crushed red pepper.

Add tomato paste and cream and stir to combine everything.

Add pasta, stir, and then add broth.

Let cook for 5-10 minutes until the pasta has absorbed all the water.

Lower heat, add cheese and balsamic vinegar, stir.

Remove from heat and add Parmesan/ stir again!
