Picadillo with Potatoes and Raisins

Dice up onion, potatoes and bell peppers in small pieces.

In a pan over medium high heat, add ground beef and break apart. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until the beef is almost cooked through.

Add in the onion, potatoes and bell peppers. Add the crushed tomatoes and spices and mix to combine everything.

Add the broth, and mix. Cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 45 minutes.

Add raisins and cook for another 15 minutes.
Notes
Serve with rice or in tortillas! Add cilantro, avocado or whatever you like!
