Protein Milk Tea Pancake Recipe

    Bring the milk with the black tea bags on medium heat to just simmering. Simmer for 5 mins and then measure out 3/4 cup of the milk tea. Alternatively, you could just use 3/4 cups of milk.

    Combine in one bowl, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, flour, and salt.

    In a separate bowl, mix together milk tea, egg, brown sugar, butter, and greek yogurt.

    Combine the two mixes. Stirring til they’re just combined with lumps. Don’t overmix.

    Cook a ladle/scoop of batter on medium heat til golden brown on one side. Flip and cook til the bottom is browned. Repeat for the rest of the batter. This recipe makes 4-5 pancakes.

    Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar til soft peaks.

    Cook boba according to instructions. In a separate pan, heat boba with brown sugar and maple syrup til brown sugar has dissolved and has become a syrup.

    Garnish with whipped cream and brown sugar boba or simply maple syrup!
