Black Sesame and Salted Egg Yolk Recipe

    Mix together the milk, brown sugar, xanthan gum, milk powder, maple syrup, salt, and black sesame paste in a pot. Heat the mixture til the sugars have dissolved. Do not boil the mix.

    Combine this black sesame milk with the heavy cream and refrigerate overnight.

    Finely dice the salted egg yolks.

  4. 4

    Churn the mixture with an ice cream machine. Near the end, add in the diced salted egg yolk. Freeze for a few hours.

    Serve with a grating of salted egg yolk and enjoy!
