Chestnut Tiramisu

    Boil the chestnuts with the milk for a few minutes. Then, blend the chestnuts with about 100g of the milk. Add more milk a couple tbsp at a time and blend til a paste forms. I used a lil less than half the total amount of milk.

    Let the chestnut paste cool in the fridge. Mix the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla extract.

    Mix the chilled chestnut paste into the cream cheese mixture. Cool in the fridge for at least 30 minutes til completely cooled.

    Whip the heavy cream til medium peaks. Fold in the chestnut paste into the whipped cream.

    Dip the digestive biscuits in the coffee and arrange in your container or cup. Layer the cream on top and repeat til you have at least two full layers.

    I prefer to refrigerate for a few hours before eating, but you could also garnish with grated chocolate, granola, and chestnut and enjoy!
