Literally the best pasta dish I think I've ever had

Ingredients

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta.

    Start the sauce by grating the garlic in the evoo in a skillet and cooking until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Pour in the white wine and stir until heated.

  4. 4

    Add the cold butter and stir to melt it in. Let things cook on low heat until the butter and wine are fully mixed and emulsified.

  5. 5

    Add the cream, turn the heat up a little and stir and cook until it's bubbling and the sauce thickens up a bit.

    Mix in the nutrient bombs and stir until fully melted and mixed in.

  7. 7

    Add the pasta water and adjust the consistency of the sauce with some reserved pasta water.

    Plate the pasta, top with loads of parm and eat!!!


Notes

100% recommend adding some fresh lemon juice too
