Creamy Mushroom & Caramelized Onion Pasta

So simple but sooo comforting.

    Melt the butter and add the onion and garlic, cook until fragrant and soft on low heat, add the bone broth as you go to deglaze while they caramelized to your liking.

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the farfalle in it.

    Add the mushrooms and cream and stir until the cream bubbles and thickens up a tiny bit.

    Add the cooked pasta and transfer over a little of the pasta cooking water to thin out the sauce if needed. Add the parmesan or gruyère and stir it in until melted.

    Top with black pepper and parmesan before eating!!
