Traditional Malay-style coconut pancake wrapped in banana leaves with grated coconut as a filling and char-grilled until the batter inside is cooked through.

    In a mixing bowl, add mashed bananas, flour, and brown sugar, and mix well until combined.

    Cut the banana leaves into rounds and place a scoop of batter in the center of each.

    Fold the leaves in half to cover the batter and grease the pan with a bit of oil, then char-grill the parcels until the dough is cooked through.
