For sambal: 450g shrimps, 1 yellow onion, sliced, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp tamarind paste, Water as needed. Topping: Peanuts, Cucumber, Eggs, Fried anchovies.
