    Combine all the dough ingredients, except the butter, in the bowl of a @kitmensofficial stand mixer. Mix at medium speed for 8 minutes.

    Add the butter, mix at medium speed for 8-10 minutes or until smooth and elastic dough.

    Cover and let proof for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Punch out any air bubbles and knead for 1-2 minutes.

    Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Flatten each piece of the dough and put a small cube of butter in the centre.

    Enclose the cube butter by pinching the edges of the dough together and roll into round ball.

    Place the dough ball on the prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and cover with cling wrap for 35-40 minutes. Or almost doubled in sized.

    Combine hot water with coffee powder. In an another bowl add butter and sugar, whisk until well combined. Add the coffee mixture and egg, whisk until smooth and well combined.

    Sift in the all purpose flour and mix until well combined and smooth. Transfer the batter into the piping bag.

    Pipe the coffee batter in a swirl pattern on top of the dough ball to covering half of the dough ball.

    Bake for 18 minutes. Every oven is different, so keep an eye on it to avoid burning. Enjoy warm.
