Start by roasting the peppers in the Airfry at 200 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes.

In the meantime in a pan add sausages (chopped) and brown them for a couple of minutes. When the roasted peppers are ready roughly cut them and put them in the pan.

Then, also add tomato paste mix and cook for 2 minutes. Next goes the chopped tomato can, wine and all the seasonings. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

Lastly add double cream, Parmesan, pasta and pasta water, combine and cook for 2 minutes and some fresh chopped parsley.
