Melt the butter and add it to a bowl, with white sugar and brown sugar and mix.

Add the 2 yolks plus the egg and mix. Combine the dry ingredients when done add white chocolate and biscoff pieces.

Now, take some cookie dough add some biscoff spread in the middle, take more cookie dough on top and shape it like a ball. Repeat the process for the rest and freeze them for about 1 1/2.

Preheat the air fryer at 200 for 2 minutes. Bake the cookies at 160 for 12-14 minutes. Let the cookies chill before eating them.
