Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add chili and garlic, sauté until soft.

Add cherry tomatoes, cook until they are soft (10-15 minutes).

Stir in tomato paste, then add heavy cream. Cook until thickened.

Season with black pepper and chili flakes.

Add your cooked pasta and a dash of pasta water.

Top with burrata and garnish with fresh basil.
