Making eggless pancakes by request from one of my followers! Honestly, they taste just as good as regular pancakes with eggs.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt.

    Add the milk and melted margarine or butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until the mixture is smooth and there are no lumps.

    Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan if necessary.

    Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan to form a pancake of your desired size.

    Cook the pancake until bubbles form on the surface and the edges begin to look set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until both sides are golden brown.

    Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
