Combine 2 tbsp melted coconut oil with 2/3 cup coconut sugar, 1/3 cup pumpkin puree, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Add in 2 cups oat flour, 1 tsp pumpkin spice, and 1 tsp baking soda.

Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
