    Preheat oven to 350ºF.

    Combine 1/3 cup nut butter, 1/3 cup egg whites, 2/3 cup oat flour, a splash of vanilla, 1/4 cup maple syrup, a dash of baking powder, 1 serving protein powder of choice, and 1/3 cup rolled oats.

    If too dry, add 1 tbsp of non-dairy milk at a time, and vice versa with oat flour if too wet.

    Optional: Fold chocolate chips into batter.

    Roll into balls and press into cookie shapes.

    Bake for 10 minutes.
