Ingredients

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350ºF.

    Combine 1/4 cup non-dairy milk with 1/2 cup coconut sugar, 1/4 cup avocado oil, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.

    Stir in 1 1/4 cup oat flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 cup cocoa powder.

    Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chunks.

  5. 5

    Press half of dough into silicone cupcake liners.

  6. 6

    Fill indents with peanut butter.

  7. 7

    Top with remaining dough.

  8. 8

    Bake for 15-18 minutes.

    Cool and remove.
