    Preheat oven to 350ºF.

    Combine 2 cups of oat flour, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder.

    Add 2/3 cup coconut sugar, 1/2 cup avocado oil, and 3/4 cup non-dairy milk.

    Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips into the dough.

    Pour into a greased 8x8 pan.

    Swirl peanut butter into top of batter.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes.

    Allow to fully cool before cutting.
