No-Bake Protein Cookies (Vegan and Gluten-Free)

    Combine 1 1/2 cups oat flour, 1/4 cup peanut butter powder, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

    Add 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/4 cup maple syrup, and a dash of vanilla extract.

    Mix until combined.

    If too dry, add 1 tbsp non-dairy milk at a time, and vis versa with oat flour.

    Scoop out dough and roll into balls.

    Press with a fork.
