Can we talk about how decadent?! The crispy exterior with the ooey gooey interior is the pinnacle of a good lava cake

    Melt 2 tbsp chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil.

    Spread into small disc or pour into silicone holder.

    Freeze until set.

    Preheat oven or air fryer to 350ºF.

    Combine 0.3333333333333333 cup oat flour, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (coconut sugar or monk fruit), and 0.5 tsp baking powder.

    Add 0.5 tsp vanilla extract and 0.3333333333333333 cup non-dairy milk.

    Pour 0.5 batter into ramekin.

    Add disc on top.

    Cover with remaining batter.
