Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Combine 1/3 cup and 1 tbsp melted coconut oil with 1 cup coconut sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Add in 1 egg.

Add in 2 1/2 cups oat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp baking soda.

Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.

Press 1/2 of dough into a grated cake pan to make a pie crust shape.

Melt 1 cup chocolate chips with 2 tbsp coconut oil.

Fill crust with chocolate.

Freeze until chocolate sets.

Cover with remaining dough.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.
