Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Combine 3 eggs with 2/3 cup coconut sugar, 1/2 cup sour cream of choice or vegan yogurt, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Stir in 1 cup oat flour, 1/3 cup cocoa powder, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, and 1/2 tsp salt.

Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips.

Pour into greased muffin pan.

Top with extra chocolate chips.
