Melt 2 tbsp chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil.

Spread into small disc or pour into silicone holder.

Top with peanut butter.

Freeze until set.

Preheat oven or air fryer to 350ºF.

Combine 1/3 cup oat flour, 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (coconut sugar or monk fruit), and 1/2 tsp baking powder.

Add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 1/4 cup non-dairy milk.

Pour 1/2 batter into ramekin.

Add disc on top.

Cover with remaining batter.
