    Combine 0.75 cup oat flour and 0.25 cup vanilla protein powder with 0.75 cup creamy peanut butter.

    Add 1 tbsp of non-dairy milk at a time until dough forms (~0.25-0.33 cup)

    Add 0.25 cup chocolate chips and 0.25 cup peanut butter chips.

    Press onto a parchment-lined sheet.

    Melt 0.5 cup chocolate chips with 0.5 tbsp coconut oil.

    Pour over cookie dough.

  7. 7

    Refrigerate until set.
