Tallow Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

    Preheat oven to 425°F.

    Bring potatoes to a boil and cook until fork-tender (about five minutes).

    Prepare a baking dish with beef tallow, rosemary, thyme, and garlic.

    Add the baking dish to the oven for about five minutes or until the tallow is sizzling.

  5. 5

    Drain the potatoes and cut them in half (be careful, they’ll be hot).

    Add the potatoes to the baking sheet and toss to coat with salt.

    Roast them for about 25 minutes or until the outsides are golden brown and enjoy.
