Another Delicious Chuck Roast
Perfect for meal prep on these more blustery autumn days

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Heat a pot over medium heat with beef tallow.

Salt and pepper roast on all sides and sear in the pot until the meat is browned on all sides.

Remove the meat from the pan and add a little more tallow or butter.

Add onions, garlic, and tomato paste and sautée.

Add carrots and potatoes, more salt and pepper, and stir to incorporate.

Add bone broth and chuck roast on top.

Put the lid on the pot and add it to the oven for about 3 hours or until the meat is fall-apart tender.

Make sure to spoon some of the sauce on top when you serve and enjoy.
