Honey Lime Chicken Thighs

    Pat chicken thighs dry and add a generous amount of salt to both sides.

    Heat a pan over medium heat and add avocado oil or tallow.

    Sear chicken thighs skin side down until they’re brown and crispy — about three minutes.

    While the chicken is searing, combine lime juice, honey, and tamari in a bowl.

    Flip them, lower the heat, and pour the sauce all over.

  6. 6

    Cover the pan and cook for fifteen to twenty minutes or until the internal temp is 162°F.
