Serve with: Miso paste, Your favourite noodles, Tenderstem broccoli, Shiitake mushrooms, Soft boiled egg, Spring onions, Crispy chilli oil, Toasted sesame seeds

For the sticky sauce

For the pork belly

    In a large pan, combine all the pork belly ingredients and simmer over a medium heat for an hour.

    Strain out the pork and add to a hot frying pan heated alongside a tbsp of neutral oil, make sure the you save the broth for your soup.

    Mix together the sticky sauce ingredients and pour over the pork belly, cook for a few minutes either side until caramelised.

    Construct ramen by serving up stock with miso followed by noodles and toppings.
