Cheesy Churros
If churros and cheese straws had a love child this would be it!
Ingredients

Add butter, water and milk to a pan and bring to a simmer.

Dump in the flour and mix to form a dough, push the around the sides of the pan for a couple of minutes to cook the flour.

Add mustard, cheese and seasonings and mix again.

Remove from heat and whisk in eggs.

Allow to cool to room temperature then spoon dough into a piping bag.

Trim off the end then pipe into a frying pan with hot oil.

Fry for a couple of minutes until golden then place on kitchen roll to remove excess oil.

Serve up and enjoy with a nice cold beer.
