Teriyaki Chicken Dumplings

    Finely slice spring onion, chop coriander and grate carrot.

    Add chicken, veg and seasonings to a bowl and mix until evenly combined.

    Place a tsp of chicken mixture to the centre of a gyoza skin, brush the edges with water and fold as shown.

    Dip the base of the gyoza in water followed by sesame seeds.

    Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium to high heat and lay on dumplings.

    Cook for a about 3 minutes until golden on the base.

    Add in a splash of boiling water.

  8. 8

    Cover and cook for a further couple of minutes.

    Transfer onto a plate, drown in chilli oil, top with spring onions and sesame seeds and enjoy.
