    Heat oil, sauté onions, ginger, and garlic until soft and translucent.

    Add minced meat, cook until browned. Mix in chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, garam masala, salt, and Kashmiri red chili powder.

    Add tomatoes, cook until soft. Stir in yogurt and a little water. Cover and cook on very low heat for 15 minutes.

    Uncover, cook for another 15 minutes to thicken.

    Add capsicums and cook on very low heat until tender.

    Garnish with coriander leaves.
