    Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.

    Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.

    Add chicken, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

    Stir-fry until chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.

    In a bowl, mix mashed avocado with chopped onion, tomatoes, and coriander leaves.

    Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.

    Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Layer Chips: Spread a layer of tortilla chips on a baking sheet or oven-safe dish.

    Add Chicken: Evenly distribute the stir-fried chicken over the chips.

    Cheese It: Sprinkle the mixed Mexican-style cheese evenly over the chips and chicken.
