    In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, egg, and milk until smooth.

    Preheat taiyaki pan and brush with a bit of vegetable oil.

    Fill one side of the mold 30% full and place a large spoonful of filling on top.

    Pour more batter on top to cover the filling.

    Close mold and cook over medium heat on both sides for 3-4 min.
