Miso Salmon Onigiri
The perfect last minute Valentine’s day recipe. Torch is optional but brings a nice charred flavor!

Break up the cooked salmon into small pieces. In a large bowl, mix together cooked rice, furikake, and sushi vinegar.

Using a mold or clean wet hands, form the riceballs with salmon in the center.

To make the sauce: in a separate bowl mix together white miso, mirin, sugar, and Japanese mayonnaise. Brush or pipe onto the riceballs.

Airfry the riceballs at 190C for 5min. or until golden brown. Optionally torch the sauce for extra char and garnish with seaweed powder.
