    In a large bowl, mix together eggs, yolks, parmesan cheese, black pepper, and gochujang.

    Add speck to a pan and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Then add in the kimchi and fry for another 5 minutes. Turn the heat to low and add in the sauce and noodles. Mix vigorously over the heat until the sauce thickens and turns glossy.

    Garnish and serve with more cheese and chopped chives.
