    Scoop out a portion of apple and cinnamon oat mix, add milk, and cook in a pan or microwave.

    Gently fold all the ingredients together for the omega 3 salmon mix, being careful not to break the salmon up too much. Season and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

    Pre-freeze the white bean chilli in portions, making it easy to pull out a single portion, defrost for a fast, balanced dinner.
