    Preheat the oven to 170°C.

    Mash the banana. Stir in the skyr and sugar. Next, stir in the protein and mylk. Next, stir in the flour and baking powder. Crush the weetabix into the bowl and stir well.

    Pour into a ramekin and top with the biscuits, crushed and/or leaving them whole.

    Bake for 25 min.

    Microwave the biscoff spread for 20 sec. and pour on top of the baked weetabix.
