Caramelised Cinnamon Gnocchi
It’s been proven again: gnocchi are destined for more than just savoury dishes. It’s super easy to caramelise gnocchi, so I urge you to try this breakfast, at least if you’re into cosy and indulgent breakfasts of course.

Melt the butter over medium heat and add the gnocchi. Fry until they start to brown.

Stir the sugar and cinnamon together. Heat the apple sauce.

Lower the heat of the gnocchi pan and add the maple syrup. Give it a good toss.

Serve the gnocchi with the cinnamon sugar, applesauce and raspberries.
