Protein Biscoff Apple Crumble

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Peel the apple and cut into small cubes. Bake over medium heat with the water, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and biscoff spread, until soft.

Crumble the biscuit. Stir together with the protein, stevia, remaining cinnamon and melted coconut oil.

Pour the apple in a small baking dish and cover with the crumble. Bake for 10 min.

Serve with some melted biscoff spread.
