Date, Fig & Apricot Porridge with Caramelised Banana

Slice 1/2 banana.

Heat a pan over medium heat with the slices in.

Drizzle with 1 tsp maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Shake it up a bit and fry until golden brown (flip the slices halfway through).

Combine 40gr of date, fig & apricot porridge with 180gr oat milk in a pan until desired consistency is reached.
