Cinnamon Raisin Bagels
Super easy to make your own bagels with just 3 base ingredients and added cinnamon and raisins for extra flavor.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Stir all ingredients together and knead into a ball. Flatten it out a bit and make a hole in the middle.

Place on a piece of baking paper and bake for 25 min.
Notes
Skyr makes them extra high in protein, but you can sub with (Greek) yogurt.
