Salted Choc-Chip Almond Flour Cookies

A staple in our house as I don’t eat gluten/ most grains and have a coeliac brother!

Ingredients

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Mix all ingredients together in one bowl.

  3. 3

    Roll into balls size of your choice.

  4. 4

    Bake for approx 5-7 minutes, until slightly golden. Sprinkle with salt immediately but let cool for a little then enjoy.
