Cookie Dough Chocolate Bars

Directions

    Mix all ingredients for the cookie dough in a bowl, then press into moulds of choice or lined tin. Note - add more almond flour if dough is too wet.

    Place in freezer and freeze until very solid - about 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Melt chocolate and dip in, then sprinkle with sea salt.

  4. 4

    Place on baking paper and return to fridge to set.
